SocialTub is a United States–based social media services company founded in 2025 that provides YouTube growth services designed to increase YouTube channel views and subscriber counts.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the SocialTub platform (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
In these Terms, “SocialTub,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Platform. “User,” “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or entity using the Platform.
2. Services and Independence From Third-Party Platforms
SocialTub provides promotional services (including subscribers, views, likes, and similar offerings) and may also provide free tools or trial features.
SocialTub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, TikTok, X Corp. (Twitter), or any other third-party platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Local compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing or using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), that you have the authority to enter into this agreement, and that you will follow applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform or Services for prohibited conduct, including (non-exhaustive):

Account authorization: You may purchase Services only for accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. SocialTub is not responsible for unauthorized orders placed by a third party.
5. Delivery and Results
Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual performance may vary due to algorithm updates, demand changes, geo restrictions, outages, force majeure, or other factors outside our control. Retention, reach, ranking, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Pricing, Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
Prices are shown in USD (or the currency displayed at checkout). Taxes are excluded unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction, including VAT, GST, sales, or withholding taxes.
Payment processing
Payments are processed via secure providers. We do not store full card details or private crypto keys.

Refund policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are granted only if (a) 0% of the order was delivered, or (b) a verifiable technical fault was caused solely by SocialTub. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order completion. Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or platform algorithm changes does not qualify for a refund.
7. Free Tools and Free Trials
7.1 Free tools
Free utilities (such as generators, downloaders, or calculators) are provided as-is for informational use. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
7.2 Free trials
Free trial offers may be limited by user, device, and IP, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We may refuse trials where we suspect abuse or policy violations.
8. User Content and License
You keep ownership of content you provide (such as URLs, captions, or media). You grant SocialTub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use that content only to deliver the Services and operate the Platform.
You confirm you have the rights needed to provide such content and that its use as described will not violate third-party rights.
9. Data, Retention, and Security
We handle personal data in line with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We may retain order records, invoices, and account metadata for up to 6 years (or longer when required by law). Where legally permitted, verified deletion requests will result in deletion or irreversible anonymization of personal data.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. SocialTub is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard them.
10. Support
Support hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 UTC.
We aim to provide an initial response within 48 business hours. No uptime guarantee or remediation SLA is provided. Maintenance may occur with or without notice.
11. Affiliate and Referral Programs (If Offered)
If SocialTub offers affiliate or referral programs, you must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure rules. Prohibited activity includes misleading claims, unsolicited spam, and traffic methods that violate platform policies.
We may withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or policy breaches. You are responsible for your own tax filings.
12. Testimonials and Marketing
SocialTub will not publish your brand name, handle, logo, or performance metrics as a testimonial or case study without your prior written permission. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics for marketing.
13. Right of Withdrawal
Where consumer laws apply, withdrawal rights may not apply to digital services that begin immediately after you give express consent and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once performance starts.
By placing an order, you consent to immediate execution of the service and acknowledge any loss of withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, Services, free tools, and trials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results.
15. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, SocialTub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or account restrictions. SocialTub’s total liability is limited to the lower of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Service Changes and Substitution
If a Service becomes unavailable or unlawful, we may provide a reasonably equivalent alternative, issue prorated credit, or cancel the affected order at our discretion.
17. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, cyber incidents, or major outages.
18. Abuse Reporting
To report suspected fraud, policy abuse, intellectual property violations, or illegal activity, email [email protected]. We review good-faith reports and may request additional information to investigate.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or if we suspect misuse. Any provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise, disputes are governed by the laws applicable to SocialTub’s contracting entity and resolved in the appropriate venue. Where permitted, arbitration options may apply depending on your domicile and local law.
Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
